How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For larger installations or peak season events (holidays, graduation season), 4-6 weeks notice is ideal to ensure availability.
How do I order balloons?
Simply fill out our contact form with your event details, and we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision. We’ll then provide a custom quote based on your needs.
What's the difference between classic and organic style balloons?
Classic balloon designs feature uniform, symmetrical arrangements with balloons of the same size. Organic designs have a more natural, flowing look with varying balloon sizes creating texture and movement.
What types of events do you decorate for?
We decorate for all types of events including corporate galas, grand openings, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, proms, anniversaries, holiday parties, and more!
Can you include other décor elements like signs or flowers?
Yes! We work with premier vendors to provide comprehensive event décor including neon signs, custom signs, florals, backdrops, LED lighting, and rental items to complete your vision.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We understand plans change and will work with you to reschedule when possible. Cancellation policies vary based on timing and event size.
How long will the balloons last?
Air-filled balloons typically last 3-7 days. Helium-filled latex balloons last 8-12 hours, while helium-filled foil balloons can last several days. We’ll advise on the best options for your event timeline.
How will I be billed?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. We accept various payment methods and will provide detailed invoicing.
How much is delivery and installation?
Delivery and installation fees vary based on location and complexity. Fees are calculated during the quote process. There may be additional pricing for outdoor installations or events outside business hours.
Do you offer outdoor installations?
Yes, but outdoor installations may require additional considerations due to weather. Heat can cause oxidation and popping, and we may need to make alterations for wind safety. Additional pricing applies for outdoor setups.
